On Site Service Warranty for Novas Digital Locks
If you face any technical issues with your digital locks, we will attend to you within 2 working days to rectify the lock and we will replace the lock if it cannot be rectified on the spot.
For emergency situations, call our hotline or the sales representative you liaised for the purchase and we will attend to you as soon as possible.
Minimum Downtime for Novas Air Puriifers
Novas guarantees that we will only take up to 7 working days to get your product up and ready for collection.
Optional Home Delivery for Novas Air Purifiers
For a nominal fee of $15 one-way and $30 two-ways, customer can choose to use our delivery service instead of bringing in the product yourself.
Optional Loan Set*
While your product is sent to us for servicing or repair, Novas offers you a temporary loan set at no extra charge.
*Note that this is upon request and subjected to the availability of the loan sets. Temporary loan set might be of a different model from original set sent in for repair.
