I engaged Novas to install bundle gate n door locks some time in January 2023. However on 19 may 2023 I texted Derrick... (the boss) in the evening abt 6pm informing that I had problem w my gate pad. He advised solutions over texts n informed that he would be boarding the plane soon n be back in sg in 4hrs time. As soon as he touched down abt 10pm+ n knowing that I could not rectify the pad lock problem he sent his staff (Rahman) to assist on the very next day. Rahman is very professional n he exchanged a new pad lock for me with breeze and very detailed in explaining the do's n dont's. There is no charge as well. Carefully explaining the difference between the models that they have. I bought the digital gate and main door lock combo a year ago. Very easy and good products. After sale response also very fast. Almost instantly replied. Msg them of some minor problem of my gate lock on the 24 dec, thought they not able … More to fix it on christmas yet they manage to come down to fix it on christmas day. A trustable brand to use and will have no worries if the lock is malfunction, technician will fix it almost immediately. From what i know even if u can't unlock the door they also will come down immediately. Service really very good and prompt. Be at ease to buy.
